WEATHER
Farmathon is rain or shine! Right now the weather looks great - partly cloudy and high 70's. It's Oregon, so that is subject to change!
PARKING
Parking is somewhat limited but is available in our pasture.
**We STRONGLY recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft to get to the event.**
Especially if you plan to drink, please use Uber or Lyft to ensure you have a fun-filled and SAFE evening.
TICKETS / CHARITY DONATIONS
Farmathon does not have traditional ticket sales; this is a free event all for charity. You don't need to RSVP, just show up and when you arrive you'll have the opportunity to donate to our great charities. A minimum of $80 per person donation is recommended, and while we guarantee you'll get your money's worth of fun, we also encourage those who are able to dig deep and donate more. Your donation is tax-deductible, and we'll collect your email address so we can send you a receipt.
For every $20 donated you'll receive a poker chip. You can then divvy up your donation (poker chips) however you'd like - all to one or some for all. All 4 of our wonderful charities will be on-site with friendly folks ready to tell you more about their great work. We can accept cash, check, debit and credit card payments at the event.
This a completely non-profit event, so 100% of your donation goes to the charity(ies) of your choic!!
KIDS
We're absolutely kid friendly. That said, since this goes until 10pm-ish, depending on the age of the kids getting a sitter may result in the adults having more fun :)
NO DOGS
We love dogs. We love ours and in all likelihood we would love yours too... But please leave them at home.
NO PETS PLEASE.
FARM SAFETY & SECURITY
We are a small hobby farm and sanctuary with lots of different animals. Some of them big, some of them small, some of them friendly and some of them not so much. We take your safety and the safety of our animals very seriously. We love them and we love all of you so PLEASE:
Do NOT leave your children unsupervised on the property at any time.
Do NOT enter into any animal enclosure for any reason.
Do NOT feed the animals.
Do NOT chase the chickens or ducks.
Do NOT put your fingers or arms thru the fence of any animal enclosure.
DRINK
Lots of tasty beer & wine will be available. Did we mention it's free? (It's free!) An OLCC monitor will be checking IDs, giving adults over 21 bracelets and serving the drinks.
Plenty of non-alcoholic beverages and water will also be available.
NO BYOB ALLOWED.
FOOD
We'll have at least two, likely more, different food options on site for purchasing snacks, dinner and beverages. Please see the Food & Drink page for details. Our vendors are being very generous and flexible to help out our event so please support them by fasting for 1-3 days prior to the event and tipping them well! ;-)
WEATHER
This is a rain or shine event, so fingers crossed & we'll see what mother nature has in store for us. In the rare event of rain, we'll either suck it up like good Oregonians or music will move indoors to our large shop.
SEATING
Seating is on the lawn. We'd recommend you bring a blanket or lawn chairs (low-backed chairs only, please.)
CAMPING
Camping is not available on property. Please use Uber, Lyft, a taxi or a designated driver!
